Relic Studio is founded by Joseph Stone, a New Zealand designer driven by a curiosity for objects that feel both considered and timeless. The studio takes its name from a conviction that good design appreciates, that an object made with intention becomes more valuable the longer it lives in a space.

Lighting was the natural starting point. There is something compelling about the way light behaves through a material the way it reveals texture, holds warmth, changes a room's entire character.

Joseph designs with the quiet intention that his pieces might one day be someone's relic.
